HOW IT WORKS
We start by learning more about you, your business and your goals. After you fill out our form with your project details and schedule a booking with us, we get on a brief call together to explore the best solution for your business.
During this call, we’ll explore your goals, the scope of the project, timelines and discuss payment. We’ll send over a detailed proposal for you along with a contract for you to review and sign. Once approved, a minimum 50% of the full balance will be required in order to secure your booking on our calendar. The remaining balance will be required at the end of the project (or one month later).
Payment options are also available upon request.
Before getting into the visuals, the first phase of our time together is all about discovering your brand. You'll be required to send over all of your copywriting, brand elements, brand styling guide, fonts, hex color codes and any other brand assets we'll need to create your website. We will then officially commence the project by getting on a kick-off call and completing a series of intake forms.
Once we've established a visual direction for your brand, we get to work to start bringing your vision to life. Using our design blueprint our team will design a mood board, wireframes and initial mockup concept variations for your review. Once created, we'll present all of the concepts for your review.
You’ll have up to 2 rounds of revisions to refine the concepts and expand further on the initial ideas presented.
Once the refinements are completed, we’ll get to work preparing the staging site for implementation of the mockups onto WordPress.
Take possession of a high-quality website that aligns perfectly with how you and your business want to show up. This sharpened focus will allow people who encounter your business to gain an immediate understanding of you and what you do.

If you don’t yet have one, you might want to consider making this investment before booking a website design project. If this is something you need help with, we also offer branding packages!
It would also would greatly enhance your website and advance the project quicker if you already have your copywriting materials and high-quality branded photos readily available. If you don’t yet have any brand images, no problem. We can help you source stock images for a fee or if you’re from Toronto, refer you to a local photographer.
The timeline for a custom website depends on how complex the project is. But typically, a full custom website project can take anywhere between 4 to 8 weeks.
If you are looking to complete a project quicker, rush fees will apply.

All websites come with 15-days of free support after you launch! After that you may hire us at our hourly rate to make updates for you if you prefer to be completely hands-off. We also offer hosting and monthly care plans at varying prices depending on the level of support and updates needed.
If you’d like us to write your copy for you, we’ll provide you with a custom quote! This saves you from the time and frustration of having to figure out what to write. And if you’re already working with a separate copywriter, we’ll gladly collaborate with them to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
When we provide you with an initial quote, we’re quoting you on the full design and build including technical support and software licensing for the first year.
After the 1st year, you’ll be responsible for the cost of your website hosting and software licensing unless you decide to opt-in to any of our monthly care plans. You’ll also be responsible for the cost of your domain.
