Day 1: Strategy & Visual Direction
We kick off with a 90-minute deep-dive session to understand your brand, audience, and website goals. This will include finalizing your copy and deciding on the visual direction.

When you’re scheduling a VIP week, you’re booking me for the week and not for a set of deliverables. How much I’m able to accomplish depends on how quickly you respond to my messages throughout our week together and thoroughly completing the prep work beforehand.
*If for any reason, we’re not able to complete your website within the week scheduled, we’ll work out any additional time needed to ensure it gets launched ASAP.

Book a week on my calendar where you can commit to being available. You won’t have to be on any live calls with me, but will need to be responsive via WhatsApp every day throughout the week for quick actions just to ensure we keep the project moving swiftly and efficiently.

Website in a Week is for you if you’re looking to launch a quality WordPress website with unprecedented speed. Ensuring you’ll be up and running in no later than 1 week’s time, no questions asked!
In order to provide you with the best possible experience, the most important thing you need to work on is your brand identity (i.e. logo, brand colors, assets, fonts). If you don’t yet have one, you might want to consider making this investment before booking a website design project. If this is something you need help with, we also offer branding packages!
You will be provided with a website planning workbook to complete before your scheduled Website Week. The project won't start until the copywriting materials and high-quality branded photos are readily available. If you don’t yet have any brand images, no problem! We can help you source stock images for a fee or if you’re from Toronto, refer you to a local photographer.
The Website in a Week is designed for speed and effectiveness. By combining advanced planning, real-time collaboration, and a dedicated focus, we can efficiently build a 5-page WordPress website tailored to your brand within a single week!
You bet we do! You have the option to either pay in full or choose from our wide range of payment plans using 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options such as Affirm or Klarna. The first payment will be due upon booking to secure your spot in our calendar.
Design files are handed over upon launch date but full access is retained until the full balance is paid off.
Ideally yes, because WordPress is a self-hosted platform. This means you own the platform compared to other platforms like Squarespace, Showit or Wix. It allows the greatest amount of creative freedom, functionality, flexibility and SEO performance compared to any other platform on the market.
Plus, rest assured that as your business grows, your website will also be able scale with you—all without having to rebuild it all over from scratch on another platform.
That completely depends on how quickly you can get us your copywriting content and photos!
We’ll provide you with a checklist of things we’ll need from you to prep for the big week so keep this in mind before booking. This includes providing us with inspiration, brand assets (logos, color palette, font files, brand guidelines, etc. if applicable), content & photos.
Also keep in mind the Website Weeks may book out in advance, so if you’d like to secure your spot, make sure to book it as soon as possible!
All websites come with 14-days of free support after you launch! We even offer training on how to make edits to your website yourself as needed without requiring our help.
After launch, if you need further support you may hire us at our hourly rate to make updates for you. Or if you prefer to be completely hands-off, we also offer hosting and monthly care plans at varying prices depending on the level of support and updates needed.
No, however if you’d like us to write your copy for you, we’ll be more than happy to provide you with a custom quote! This saves you the time and frustration of having to figure out what to write. And if you’re already working with a separate copywriter, we’ll gladly collaborate with them to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Yes, you'll have to pay for your domain (about $12-25/year depending on domain availability). Website hosting is included within the 1st year (for brand new websites with no hosting yet or looking to switch) and will be billed to you annually if you choose to stay with us (we host with Siteground and charge about $17/month)
After the 1st year, you’ll be responsible for the cost of your website hosting and software licensing fees (i.e. Elementor Pro) unless you decide to opt-in to any of our monthly care plans starting at $49/month.
If you choose to find your own hosting provider, we will help set up your domain & hosting free of charge.
Absolutely! We use Elementor Pro as our favorite drag-and-drop editor when building WordPress websites. No coding knowledge required! It’s highly intuitive and very user-friendly. After every project, we spend time with all of our clients to provide the proper training and materials so they can feel empowered to make updates to their website on their own.
The Website in a Week is optimized for a 5-page website to ensure efficiency and focus. If additional features or pages are needed however, we can discuss the option of an additional half or full day.
